Plans are priced for normal use. If a website's engine usage in a month goes far beyond what its plan is designed for (over 3× the expected level), its checks slow down to key questions for the rest of that month and we get in touch. Normal use never hits this.
Yes. Agency prices are per client on Spark; Pro is +$69 per client per month. Choose Spark or Pro per batch when adding clients, switch any client later, and mix both on one bill.
